• Ensure that all Health & Safety policies, procedures, rules and regulations are adhered to and are regularly reviewed, updated and communicated.
• Assisting the Senior HSE Manager to coordinate with other HSE Team to see that HSE Policies are effectively implemented of the company as well as client.
• Ensure that safety inspections are carried out, fire drills and fire alarms are correctly reported, safety inspections, risk assessments and lone working procedures are managed and employees are aware of their responsibilities.
• Ensure compliance with local and international laws and standards to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
• Review all emergency and escape route drawings of project. Contribute process safety skills to Incident investigation and emergency response planning / exercises as appropriate.
• Ensure the completion and regular review of risk assessments for all work equipment and operations.
• Ensure that all accidents are documented, investigated and recommended improvements implemented.
• Participate in weekly and monthly meetings when required to report on relevant health and safety matters.
• Review organization and employee's safety performance periodically and provide feedback.
• Interacting with the representatives of the clients in all matters concerning health, safety and environment.
• Documentation and implementation of permit to work system
