My passion for food research , led me to invent India’s first ready to eat Non vegetarian food at “The taste Company” and Vegetarian RTE food at Triguni foods. It was a breakthrough innovation as these had a shelf life of 1 to 2 years , without preservatives. Innovation,research, creating production infrastructure from scratch and taking it to commercialization levels , while also training microbiologists and Food technologists and ensuring superior food quality through direct supervision of ISO & halal certification audits, have been the highlights of my pursuits for last over sixteen years. I have attained expertise in RTE, RTC, Industrial bakery & confectionery and industrial catering and F&B in hotels.
