• Analyses failure reports and determine the root cause of the issue.
• Work with internal engineering teams and external suppliers to identify process-related failure modes and validation.
• Organize technical data, write technical reports, and provide analysis including recommendations.
• Prepare & Maintain the Documents such as Technical Review Sheet, Quality Assurance Plan (QAP), Manufacturing Process Plan (MPP), Intermediate Stage drawing, Sales order review Sheet and Material specification data.
• Prepare the Estimation Sheet.
• Calculate the allowances for cut weight, punch loss, number of heats, ingot weight/size, and Yield.
• Review Customer Purchase order and commercial Work-order and release Technical work-order.• Interactions with supporting functions such as marketing, QC, machine shop and production and dispatch for expediting the progress of jobs in real-time
• Improving the status of employees by imparting appropriate training.
• Collect and prepare consolidate monthly Production data to Validate the monthly Data.
• Optimizing procurement of inventory by improving vendor relationships, performance, and lead times.
COSTING & ESTIMATION:
• REVIEW SALES ORDERS: Processed and tracked customer's requirement.
• COST ESTIMATION: Develop detailed cost estimation sheets for projects/products, considering historical data, market research, and internal resources.
• DISCREPANCY ANALYSIS: Resolved discrepancies between customer order requests, inventory availability, and shipment schedules.

PRODUCTION PLANNING & CONTROL:
• RESOURCE OPTIMIZATION: Determine the optimal allocation of Man, Material, Method, and Manpower to maximize plant capacity.
• MATERIAL PROCUREMENT: Prepare Material Procurement Plans based on raw material availability.
• PRODUCTION PLANNING: Create production plans, optimizing processes and coordination.
