1. Indigenous Design, Development, and Production of HYDRAULIC SNUBBER (NPCIL): A complete hydraulic product mainly used for resisting vibration of pipeline systems and other equipment due to seismic or other types of dynamic loading to nuclear power plants, petrochemical plants, thermal power projects, wind power projects, and solar power projects.

• Made prototype by reverse engineering.
• Proper calculations for different loads, pressure deflection, amount of piston displacement, and its direction.
• Final product selections as per JIS, ASTM standard code.
• Inspect Simulation over Ansys & Simscale for different environments.

2. Hydraulic Refilling Trolley (IAF): Mainly used to refill Turbonyc-210 Oil in SUKHOI-30MKI aircraft at a certain pressure.

• Preparation of Design Approval Plan (DAP).
• Preparation of Quality Assurance Plan (QAP)
• Preparation of hydraulic circuit diagram (P&ID).
• Project Execution over Production Floor.
• Customer Interaction for Project submission.
• Successful commissioning of machine at Customer site.

3. Hydraulic Fluid Test Rig (BPCL): The test rig for hydraulic fluid is used to test the anti-wear properties and the aging behavior of hydraulic fluids under defined and reproducible conditions, according to ASTM D-6973 and JCMAS-045 standards.

• Preparation of Design Approval Plan (DAP).
• Preparation of Quality Assurance Plan (QAP)
• Preparation of hydraulic circuit diagram (P&ID).
• Project Execution over Production Floor.
• Project Clearance with BPCL (Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited)

4. Test Equipment for AYNP96BT1 and AYNP-59 SERVO VALVE (HAL): This test equipment is meant for functional testing and priming of AUPN96BT1/AYNP-59 servo valve unit with ATF at room temperature and at 120°C temperature.

• Preparation of Design Approval Plan (DAP).
• Preparation of Quality Assurance Plan (QAP)
• Preparation of FACTORY ACCEPTANCE TEST (FAT) report.
• Project Execution over Production floor.

5. Equipment for Flushing of Aggregates (HAL): The purpose of the equipment is to flush aggregates with ATF while running the aggregates as per requirements for effective cleaning of the internal cavities of the aggregates.

• Preparation of GA drawing.
• Preparation of Bill of Material (BOM)
• Project Execution over Production Floor.
• Calculations and selection of motor, pump, filter, and valves as per customer requirement.

6. Oxygen Enrichment facility for High altitude (Oxygen concentrator) - (DRDO): The Oxygen Enrichment Facility will have Oxygen Concentrators of sizes 80 LPM, 130 LPM, and 230 LPM.

• These concentrators are used to extract oxygen from atmospheric air.
• Inspection of assembly of modules of concentrators.
• BOM modification.
• Project Execution over Production Floor.
• Developing and maintaining project documentation, including specifications, test reports, QAP, FAT, SOP, and User manuals.
• BOM creation, Item selection.
• Hydraulics calculation and designing.
• Good command on thermodynamic principles, power plant engineering, fluid mechanics, turbines, and pumps.
• Coordination with vendors and clients.
• Site visits, client visits for technical discussion, and understanding of projects.
• Knowledge of machining processes.
• Optimized material selection based on required performance and cost consideration.
• Developed project plans, budgets and timelines to ensure successful completion of projects.
• Provided technical advice and guidance on design concepts and construction methods.
