1. Planning:

2. Scheduling:

· Critical Path Analysis: Identify critical activities and their dependencies to create a realistic and achievable schedule.

· Resource Leveling: Optimize resource utilization by leveling workloads and avoiding resource bottlenecks.

· Sequence of Work: Establish the most efficient sequence for completing tasks, considering dependencies and constraints.

· Shutdown Timeline: Develop a detailed timeline for the shutdown, including start and end dates for each phase.

3. EXCUTION

· Monitoring and Executing all Heater Activities like Radiant Panel and Convection Modules, Arch, Breeching Section, Duct, Stack, FD Fans, ID Fans Erection and Assembly Works.

· Monitoring and Executing Heater Refractory works both Castable and Ceramic Modules Type.

· Monitoring and Executing Heater Insulation Works for Piping and Duct.

PIPING WORKS

· Fabrication, Erection, Hydro testing & Commissioning of different type of Piping System.

· Visual inspection and Hydro testing. (Punch list & Clearance, test pack preparation, Tie in Joint Final Box up.)

· Preparation of ISOMETRIC drawing w.r.t. G. A.Drawing.

· Fit up inspection, Alignment, Dimension, Visual, material verification & final spool clearance as per isometric drawings.

· Marked and Verified Piping loops as Per Piping Systems.

· Familiar with GAD, PFD, P&ID & Isometric Drawings.

· Familiar with Materials like Carbon steels (CS-A106Gr-A, B, C), Stainless Steels (SS-SA-304,316), Monel (UN04400), Inconel (UN06600).

· Familiar with application of international standards for process piping like, ANSI/ASME b 31.3/31.1 and ASTM specifications, with basic knowledge of ASME b16.5, AMSE b16.9, ASME b16.11 etc.

· Executing sequential erection of piping spools & supports in pipe racks & various equipment’s in Above ground and Underground piping unit.

· Monitoring and Executing Insulation Works for Process Piping.

· Making execution plan of job and do all activities to achieve the targets if fails to achieve then conclude the reason behind and solve the same.

· Participate in internal review meetings.

· Detailed BOQ including piping and structure work.

· Responsible for materials follow-up for continuous supply and smooth fabrication as well as erection.

· Ensure that the work is carried out as per standards, drawings, maintaining quality & safety.

· Contractors Billing as well as Company Billing.

Reporting to Project Manager on day-to-day work progress and request for additional resources to meet the work load and client site instruction.
