• Creating transition plans and documents to outline project expectations, scope, schedule, and budget requirements
• Setting up of governance, performance metrics, regular monitoring of processes, ensuring controls are in place, risk analyses for every process, adequate training of resources, establishing communication channels with various internal/ external teams for project long terms with in timeliness successful transition

• Managed team of 12-15 coders who works for US hospitals: ED, ASC/SDC, Inpatients, Observation, IR and Ancillary coding
• Involved in 2 Healthcare clients transition from operations side
• As a Delivery lead, did extensive presales activities with focus on research, validation, preparation, due diligence with transitioning for Genpact and successful inclusion of US healthcare clients

• Automation and maintenance of Medical Coverage Determination Database in the form of coding relationships and edits; edits developed and tested so far to serve as rule sets to decide healthcare service reimbursements by Medicare, a US government healthcare payer entity
• The process requires clinical analysis and interpretation of medical coding relationships from medical coverage policies and their conversion into logical edits to be used for database development
• In previous role, contributed to ICD-9 to ICD-10PCS & HCPCS to ICD-10 conversion work
