  • Currently I am working for Airbnb as a Payments Interim were we handle cases related to refunds and Payouts for our users.
  • It is a mixed process of both voice and non voice, we do handle case of the both Host and Guest who come with quires to us and it was a international process and our users are all over the world
  • Formally I was hired as R1 Specialist for resolutions where we used to handle cases like review dispute, refund TAT
  • Then we were upgraded to ECS which is Emergency cancellation support where we used to support our user with immediate re-booking option so there is no disturbance in there holiday planning
  • From there we were again upgraded as R2 Specialist where we used to handle case like cleanliness issue, check in issues, check out issues, lock issues these are some of the topics we handle
  • And from there I was upgraded to Safety and currently working on it
  • Also got an opportunity work on a project call Messaging on- Trips this project was a kind of experience to check how the NPS (Net Promoter Score) can be increased
