- Responsible for overall procurement of plant material including all Direct & Indirect materials, Capex Material etc.
- Localization of Tower Crane, Concrete Pump & Crawler Crane Parts.
- Developed vendors according to the requirement for Localization of Direct Materials for all Products launched, Production consumables and Housekeeping & Stationary materials with effective price negotiation & made annual procurement price agreement with all suppliers.
