• Solve the problems and any issues related to MES and any other Network & Server
• Maintain the production line running smoothly without any faults and device failure
• Regular check all the Software and tools for Machines which are on production line
• Repair any Testing Equipment’s machine on line if it damages or malfunction or not work properly
• Maintain Daily Report of All Machines and equipment’s for its better function Analysis all the problem and resolved them quickly as possible for Better Mobile Quality
• Resolve any problem regarding any defect and process and any Abnormality on line if it damage or malfunction or not work properly
• Resolved the problem within Time and Accuracy
• Implement new IDEAS and INNOVATIONS for faster production

• Now in this current position I am responsible for change & maintaining of server files in ftp server & also responsible for maintaining
• Manufacturing Execution System (MES) the functions like Line flows, new model setup, ERP order creation in MES, create manufacturing order, edit order, order mapping, online error check, lot history, FPY enquiry, defect inquiry, station setup, image setup IMEI mapping, rework order, capacity list, test results and many more.

• Working of Zebra Printer and TSC printer
• Obtained components, supplies and equipment to support testing.
• Assembly product all test station functional maintain .
• Train& educate production operators & Line leader for basic Knowledge for operation & basic maintain for test equipment
• All test station, Jig, Equipment, Consumable material management & backup inventory .
• All test station PC OS, hardware driver, & test Software back up.
• Optimize for all test station to speed up production line.
