• Designed and implemented an advanced routing mechanism algorithm, optimizing engineering workflows and significantly improving product quality.
• Enhanced complex geometry algorithms and resolved high-priority performance bugs, improving CAD system stability, computational efficiency, and user experience.

Project: India’s First NG and Bio-CNG-Based Hydrogen Generation System

Client: IOCL R&D Centre, Faridabad

• Supported the supply, installation, and commissioning of a high-pressure hydrogen storage and dispensing station, pioneering hydrogen refueling technology in India.
• Reviewed tender documents, interpreted industry standards, and defined project scope and compliance requirements.
• Analyzed technical data and prepared Cost-Benefit Evaluations (CBE) and Technical Bid Evaluation reports.

Project: RHCU Project (5 Fired Heaters), Lithuania

Client: Orlen Lietuva, Lithuania | PMC: Petrofac International LLC

• Designed fired heaters in compliance with API 560 standards and led preparation of project schedules, budgets, and S-Curve charts.
• Coordinated technical discussions and ensured compliance with European Union standards, including CE Marking and EU Directives.
