  • FCC Vendor Outsourcing & Insourcing Project - Staff Augmentation (2015- 2018) - Executed and Completed the outsourcing of work to Third Party in clearance of the backlog for Transaction Monitoring, Managed c.1100 FTE's in 3 vendor sites, Activities included like staff recruitment , Vendor Performance Management, Migration and setup of 3 vendor sites, Billing of vendors and exit of Vendor. Supported the Insourcing to GSC Malaysia after the project was completed.
  • Project Phoenix - Name Screening (2020-2021)- Ideated and executed the Changes to the Discounting Procedures to build efficiency in the Level 3 Teams and facilitating the upskilling of Level 2 teams by implementing the Single Evidence Discounting for Special Scenarios.
  • Homeshoring Governance - GSC Vizag (2022 - Q1'2024) - Supported and Driven the Governance of the homeshoring teams by collaboratively working with 9 major business services with a headcount of 900+ and reporting the challenges and escalating issues monthly if any to the Senior Management team of GSC Hyderabad including the Center Director.
  • Managed Services Rollout - GTPM HUb Phase 1 (Q4'2022)- Supported the Roll out and operationalization of the Managed Services Roll out Phase 1, Ensured to drive the changes in the process, priority and the approach for Managed Services in GTPM India.
  • Passported Suppliers (2023)- Supported and completed the Passported Supplier rollout, operational readiness, connecting with selected Third parties who were part of the model to achieve the reduction of average days in RRQ submission to c19.5 days from 58 days, reducing the vendor touch points and leveraging c.80% of the questions, therefore reducing the overall time by c.14K minutes in 1 year.
  • ATM Value Proposition Project - Cost & Supplier Management (Q4'2023)- Supported the ATM Value Optimization by providing the overall cost line for the current utilization of the ATM's in Hong Kong and HASE, Worked collaboratively with multiple teams to obtain the Cost components and helped derive the total operating cost per machine inclusive of various locations and types. This helped the Senior Management to help optimize and reduce the overall cost and number of physical machines.
  • Cards Stock Management - Cost & Supplier Management (H1'2024) - Supported the end to end Cards P&L Model baseline by analyzing various data components that get into the cost for producing cards and thereby determining the overall cost for New, Replacement and Renewals of the cards. This gave an insight to the Senior Management on the overall visibility of the costs and also where the plastics and cost could be reduced.
  • Internal Third Party - Service Risk Assessment (H2'2024 onwards)- Currently supporting the implementation of the Internal Third Party Global Service Risk Assessment approach along with the Project Team and TPM team. Have worked with multiple stakeholders from various departments and built confidence to the senior management to Execute the approach and design. Successfully Launched the Pilot for Backbook SRA in October'24 and working closely with Project Team to design the Go Forward Approach and plans for 2025.
