Strengthened inventory processes to balance supply needs with budget and space limitations. Oversaw inventory by ordering precise quantities of stock and executing corrective actions to drive profitability.
Collaborated with buyers and store/warehouse teams to maintain levels of quality and on-hand inventory.
Extensively worked on strategy to eliminate aged inventory, pricing issues, slow moving items, orphaned items. Created a network level analysis using SQL to pull data from Teradata. Have Identified and cleared inventories worth $ 64 Million between July 2018 to Jan 2020.
Have piloted and lead a team to track POs which are long due and have no updates in past 35 days. This helped us cancel, update quantities as per availability in turn releasing the Budget for future ordering and drive profitability.

Analyzing sales and stock levels to ensure that reorder recommendations made by the replenishment system reflect the actual sales trend and presentations standards using Power BI and Tableau.
Created a report to identify lost sales due out of stock situations in holiday season for 2016 and created an ordering template and plan for 2017 Holiday season which ensured 80% sales of the excessively ordered (overriding the systems).
