Duties:

• Ensure all departments completed ISO 9001:2015 std. related documents.
• Follow up SASO certification related documents of all departments (SASO ISO 1452/1/2/2011)
• Lead the surveillance audit (Internal/ External) of ISO 9001:2015 and other quality related audits to ensure minimum non conformity and observations.
• (MR) Management Representative ISO 9001:2015 Update Quality Management System Documents.
• After discussed with top management, write and revise QC related documents like work instruction, inspection and test plans, if required.
• If any document related inquiry came from sales department like Product data sheet,technical data sheet, Warranty certificate,Test certificate,Compliance statement,Pipe weigh certificate,Material safety data sheet, Prepare it and handover it.
• Ensure all equipment’s are calibrated from external agency as per the frequency of calibration.
• During machine start up, Provide QC Inspector on shop floor to perform different phases on start up.

It was established in the year 1999 with the manufacturing facility of UPVC, MPVC, HI-IMPACT MPVC, and CPVC Pipes.

Duties:

• Oversee all quality control operations, including making team assignments, providing support to junior QC controllers, and completing annual performance reviews.
• Ensuring that all work is carried out in line with the company’s standards and external regulations.
• Collate all QC data from quality assurance personnel, and create detailed production reports for Chief Production Manager and test certificate for clients.
• In house verification of micrometer, impact weights, pi tape, temperature controllers of various equipment including oven, hot and cold water bath.
• Responsible for preparing technical specifications including Inspection and Test Plan as per standard work permit conditions for respective standards.
• Monthly weigh bridge data record, calibration status of measuring instruments, and Maintain record of Certificate of Analysis of raw materials and master list of measuring instrument.
• Assuring workmanship of pipe includes outside dia, marking, length and wall thickness.
• Assuring routine quality control testing of finished product as per international standard i.e. Impact test Thermal Reversion test, Methylene test, Hydrostatic sustained Pressure test, Ductility test, Burst Pressure Test.
• Perform yearly Type Test including Long term pressure test “(20°c and 60 °C), Socket test, Creep Test, Tensile test, Izod impact stress/ strength, Density, Opacity, Vicat Softening Temp Test, Malfunction Test to ensure correct operational performance and results.
• Communicated with production Managers to provide QC details and develop effective plan for addressing quality issues.

2) HDPE pipe 20 mm to 710 mm dia. as per ISO 4427

Duties:

• Ensure workmanship of pipe i.e. outside dia., Marking, Wall thickness, Ovality, Length.
• Assisted quality control team manager in performing QC tests on production samples.
• Recorded all relevant details from QC tests in proprietary database according to stated documentation procedures.
• Assuring regular testing of finished product as per international standard i.e. Impact test, Reversion test, Flattening Test, Acetone test, Sustained pressure test, Burst test, Vicat softening temp test, Methylene test.
• Responsible for preparing technical specifications including Inspection and Test Plan, Manufacturing record book.
• Ensure that all manufacturing procedures and applicable standards are adhered to at all times and that only approved raw materials are used so as to ensure acceptable end product quality.
• Ensure that manufactured items are inspected / tested and released so as to ensure that compliance to quality standards prior to delivery.
• Communicated with production Supervisors to provide QC details and develop effective plan for addressing quality issues.

Duties:

• Assuring testing of raw material and finished products testing as per international standards, i.e. Melt flow rate, density, and thermal stability; heat reversion; and tensile strength.
• Undertake checks on the production of pipes to ensure procedures are being followed in order to ensure that quality standards are being achieved.
• Co-coordinated with Third Party Agencies for Product Inspections as per inspection and test plan.
• Preparation of ITP and work instruction.
• Maintain Routine documentation like online inspection report and finished product test report and raw material test report.
