Projects:

Project 1: Data Acquisition and Automation (Apr 2023 - Current) –

Objective: This is a machine learning project aimed at building OSIsoft-based Data Acquisition & Automation infrastructure for live sensor data supply to Test & Modeling Application.

Responsibilities: As the Project Manager, I oversaw the following key activities

• Core Team Formation: Cross-functional team with regular communication meetings.
• Establishment & Assessments: Obtained approvals, assessed machines for OSIsoft integration.
• Hardware & Software Evaluation: Identified gaps, selected pilot solutions.
• Efficient Resource Planning: Allocated resources cost-effectively, met project timelines.

Team Size: Product Owner (Sponsor), 1 sensor expert, 1 IoT expert, 1 Machine specialist, 1 Data scientist, Key vendor resources and project reference group.

Project 2: Roadmap Owner of department's digital strategy (Jan 2023 – Current) –

Objective: Drive digital roadmap portfolio to foster innovation and positive change.

Responsibilities:

• Promote Creativity: Nurturing creativity and collaboration within the team.
• Technology Exploration: Embrace innovative technologies and methodologies.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams for efficient execution.

Project 3: Seco Virtual Technician using AR technology (Mar 2020- Jun 2020) –

Objective: Implement an optimal AR Remote Assistance solution to address communication challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Led "Seco Virtual Technician" initiative using AR technology.
• Researched AR technology vendors and created business case.
• Collaborated to select effective Remote Assistance solution, aiming for enhanced productivity.
• System Owner: Managing this application within Seco IT application management tool Alfabet

Team Size: Product Owner (Sponsor), 1 software developer, 1 IT developer, Vendor support team and project reference group.

Achievement: Global deployment within record high time of 3 months.

• Managed a team of software developers, CAD designers, method developers, software architects and rule authors.
• Delivered number of product configuration projects using Siemens Rulestream ETO configurator using scrum
• Successfully driven quality improvement activities and audited software programs within team.

• Successfully developed automated quotation application for Feedmax product family using NXOpen APIs.
• Re-configured the existing solution to Siemens Rulestream ETO.
• Collaborated with external consultant to swiftly acquire knowledge and execute integration of solution with our PLM and ERP systems. Additionally, provided price and lead-time information to enhance overall flow of solution.
• Team Size: 3 (software developer, CAD designer and Method developer)

• Interacted with customers to understand their requirements and ensured the software met their specific needs and specifications.
• Designed and developed highly complex software applications using NXOpen APIs and VB.net on native NX/Windows platform.
