Over four decades of accomplished Professional Engineering experience in Environmental, Health Care and Energy related process, concept, systems engineering and management experience for developing, designing and deploying a wide spectrum of solid, liquid and gaseous treatment systems. As holder of Nine (9) US Patents (and few more pending), Mr. Saha was nationally recognized for his work on inorganic ion exchangers (Zeolites) for removing radionuclides and heavy metals. Mr. Saha was lauded at the U.S. Capitol Hill for development and deployment of a family of novel hybrid exchangers for removal of Arsenic from drinking water. His current focus of invention entails deploying Phytochemicals and Phyto-Botanicals (Green Chemistry) to enhance water and food groups to provide protection and safeguard against deadly diseases. He is also working to develop an indoor air filtration system to capture and destroy viruses like COVID 19.
Published numerous papers and chaired sessions in national and international conferences and symposiums on topics of interest and benefit for water treatment environmental cleanup. Some examples include: Anuj K. Saha, et al., “Decontamination of West Valley Waste Steams Using Natural Zeolites.” Published in Environmental Progress, Vol. 6, No. 2, May 1987; Anuj K. Saha, et al., “Design and Testing of Natural Blended Zeolite Ion Exchange Columns at West Valley.” Published in AIChE Symposium Series, No. 259, Vol. 83; Peril Earth – a book on Global Climate Change covering 17 countries – Amazon publication December 2019.
