Account & Finance:

• Plan and execute month/quarter/annual closure schedule
• Ensure reclassification and accounting of wrong or unaccounted entries prior to GL close
• Finalization of monthly, quarterly and annual books of accounts
• Managing team of Accountants for smooth & timely execution of various accounting processes
• Preparation of monthly MIS and Financial statements to the management
• Capitalization of fixed Asset/ Fixed Assets – Additions and fixed asset accounting
• Internal/Statutory Audit – Handling Statutory, Internal Audit independently
• Monitoring work in material movement in WIP, stores and dispatch section and arranging for monthly physical stock verification and reconciliation with accounts record
• Ensuring tax management and compliance of statutory returns /payment within due date as per various tax Act

Costing:

• Preparation of cost sheet of products with help of BOM and conversion cost and controlling TPC with the help of standard and actual expenses.
• Audit item costs, costing programs, and systems for accuracy
• Ensure rates are appropriate and are kept updated with changes in the business
• Coordinate proper cost absorption in inventory valuation
• Communicate variances and cost explanations to Management Team

Indirect Taxation:

I) GST:

• Accounts & Records to Maintained Under GST, Input tax credit availed, Output tax payable and paid, such other particulars as be prescribed
• Preparation for return submission-GSTR1, GSTR2, GSTR3B
• Inputs Tax Credit Reconciliation-Match GSTR2A & GSTR2 to Minimize differences to maximize set off & communicate to vender for input tax disallowance's

II) Direct Tax:

Monthly TDS & TCS Calculation, Quarterly filling TDS & TCS Return, Preparation TDS Certificate & issue.

• Commercial Functions
• Day to day Accounting functions including Entry of Purchase, Sales, Collections, Stock Transfer Entries, Inter Branch Reconciliation, Issue Credit Note & Debit Note, Other J.V
• Collection ‘C' Form, Issued C, F, E1, E2, ect., VAT Return filing, Sales Tax Assessment etc
• Devising dealer schemes, finalizing targets & uploading them in customer accounts, supervising settlement of customer accounts / schemes
• Provide support to solved accounting problem through direct visits to Key Dealers / Project customer
• Ensure Collection of receivables from debtors at the agreed time ensuring that trade will continue with these customers / credit discipline
• Identifies the bad debtors and takes effective action for reducing their outstanding
• Ensuring Collection of Confirmation of Balance from Customers as of 31st Mar & 30th Sept
• Inventory Management, Maintaining effective control over stock of finished goods in ERP(Book Stock) & Physical Stock
• Ensuring maintenance of necessary stock records to monitor the inward / outward movement of goods; conducting stock audits
• Organizing get together, & managing all kind of schemes for dealers
• Follow up with vendors, setting time line & quality control
• 2- Statutory Compliance
• Ensuring timely assessment and filing of Sales / Entry Tax returns in compliance with statutory laws
• Ensuring Collection of "C" & Issues C, F, E1, E2 Forms (Inter-region & Maharashtra)
• Sales Tax Assessment / VAT Audit.
