• Built and maintained robust test suites using Playwright, Cypress, and Puppeteer to validate both UI and API layers across multiple environments (QA, Dev, Prod).
• Automated complex scenarios including authentication via token/cookie handling, session reuse, and secure header configuration (e.g., x-slb-xsrf-token, correlation IDs).
• Validated nested API responses (e.g., userSubscriptions, userServices) against dynamic keys and schema rules using reusable helper functions.
• Contributed to CI/CD pipeline integration for test execution using Azure DevOps.
• Improved test maintainability by implementing environment-based configurations and modular test architecture.

Digital River is a global e-commerce platform supporting over 200+ clients selling digital, physical, and subscription-based products. The platform handles end-to-end operations from product creation to post-delivery services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reviewed and executed test cases; managed defect reporting and QA estimation.
• Designed test scenarios based on functional requirements.
• Performed automation testing using Cypress, including custom CSSPath/XPath handling.
