- Lead smooth handing over of Civil and Interior, Electrical, HVAC, Firefighting, Fire alarm, PA, IBMS, Access-CCTV, Plumbing, Kitchen equipment, Cranes, lifts, and Gas Exhaust systems from respective suppliers to the facility management team through proper on-ground training sessions
- Hands-on experience with Eaton makes electrical switchgear, light fixtures, UPS, and lifesaving (FA-PA) devices
- Work in coordination with the Eaton engineering team to learn, install, commission, maintain and explore Eaton’s utility solutions installed at EIIC
- Responsible to train, mentoring, motivate, and lead outsourced contractual service providers for delivering quality services as prescribed in the Facility Manual, SOP and guideline
- Implement detailed reports, execution plans, annual utilities preventive maintenance schedules, trackers, SOPs, training calendars, contracts, asset tagging, 52-week planner, maintenance budget tracker, fire and ERT drills, provision logging and maintain adequate critical spares
- Lead progress review meetings with internal stakeholders, architects, consultants, and suppliers to derive solutions on design, installation, and maintenance issues
- Monthly meetings with various councils to take their feedback and suggestion to improve Facility operations
- Responsible for BCP (Business continuity plan) related activity and ensuring properly deploying those things on the site level with the help of other team members
- Statutory compliance closely works with Eaton HR and the legal team to upkeep the site with all the requirements
- Also, close work with the Landlord team for building-related statutory compliance documentation and related issues
- Payment processing ensuring all payments will be processed on a timely basis in the proper manner for Utility and other services
- Closely working with the Capacity management team for proper utilization of available workspace
- Monthly meetings with all suppliers to review site-related activities and how they can improve services
- Facility-related Services or Material orders send the Purchase order requisition to Procurement activity
- Vendor Management meeting facilities and infra project related supplier on regular interval and working with them on various things
- Leading and managing various MESH elements the Champion and Co-champion working closely with EIIC MESH team and Corporate MESH team to develop and deploy these elements at EIIC level
- Closely working with supply chain team (SCM) to finalize various suppliers related to services and Material supplies at Eaton site and help them to make better contract, evaluation of suppliers in terms of technical and non-technical aspects
- Regular meeting conducts with supply chain team to discuss about supplier performance, so they can take proper action while make new contracts.
