  • Heading field sales and operations for 3 cities as city head
  • Responsible for complete P&L, business growth, revenue generation and increasing market share for Skinnsi vertical.
  • Lead a team of 150+ sales therapists, 11 TL’s & 2 Managers.
  • Contributing ~48% of on-field sales revenue (~3cr MoM)
  • Supply and Demand analysis at regular intervals to ensure supply onboarding on time and prepare for the logistics as per upcoming demand
  • Scaled up the business for Bangalore & Hyderabad by ~10 times in the last 2 years
  • Gross Revenue from my vertical contributes to ~6L/month to ~180L/month (For Bangalore), & Gross Revenue from 4L/month to 100L/month (For Hyderabad)
  • Launched Chennai in Dec'21
  • Now contributing to ~20L/month in GMV
  • For Bangalore, within 3 months the entire team size increased to 45, whereas it was only 9 since the time of inception
  • Hence, able to increase operations exponentially
  • At the time of exit, we were catering ~200 appointments/ day as against ~20 appointments/Day
  • Increased the machine efficiency from 43% in the month of Aug'21-Sep'21 to 95% in Apr'23- May'23
  • PAT (pay at trial) conversion increased from av
  • 15% (Sep'21) to 42% (May'23) due to improved processes and insightful reports
