• Handling of wire harness process in assembly line
• Good hand knowledge about crimp and same to be working of all type crimping in harness assembly.(Terminals , Lug , Splice , Contact)
• In process and Final Inspection in assembly
• Good process knowledge about Soldering , Potting and Adhesive applying and same to carried out.

• Manual assembling and Selective soldering in PCB
• Need to do the Insertion of Connector / Housing and ensure the pull test
• Handling of Testing and Inspection in PCB assembly
• Need to do the Functional test , Leakage test Aio checking , Flash test and DAE9 (X.1 & X.2 )
• Preparation of Housing,PCB assembly and assembly screwing
• Visual inspection in Inductor and Assembly Screwing
• Inspection in Bar code and Normal label and Labelling Process
• Handling of Tools / Machine & Maintain in line and Maintaining of shop floor with co worker
• Ensure the safety and co - ordinate to process Audit in line
• Assure the " 14 Q " principle in Quality and In line
• Process Quality in line.
