• Procurement Lead for Gujarat, Maharashtra & MP cluster at The Akshaya Patra Foundation, Ahmedabad since 01st July 2021 focused on end to end procurement of Food & Non Food Materials CAPEX & REVEX, New Vendor Sourcing, Vendor Relationship Management, Cost Saving, RFQ, Vendor Evaluation, Vendor Audit, Vendor Negotiation, Purchase Management.

• Prepare all necessary Pre-Shipment documents for air & sea export Like Invoice, Invoice Annexure, Packing List, Bill of Lading B/L, Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate, Etc
• Co-ordinate with Shipping Line, Transporters, SGS, QSS, Insurance Agent and Freight Forwarders for each shipment
• Place a Booking
• Prepare Post Shipment Documents for Buyer and Bank.

• Building rapport with the beneficiaries, donors, other premier organizations, general public and also organization employees.

• Prepare all necessary Pre-Shipment documents for air & sea export Like Invoice, Invoice Annexure, Packing List, Bill of Lading B/L, Certificate of Origin, Etc
• Co-ordinate with Shipping Line, Transporters, Insurance Agent and Freight Forwarders for each shipment
• Place a Booking
• Prepare Post Shipment Documents for Buyer and Bank.

• Preparing software jobs, place a booking Co-ordinate with Shipper, Shipping Line, Transporters for each shipment.
