• Designed and developed responsive Landing, Contact Us, Login, and Registration pages using React.js and Material-UI, applying mobile-first principles for cross-device support.

2. Backend Engineering & Infrastructure

3. Deckle Matching Optimization Module

• Built an interactive UI for Deckle Matching, supporting file uploads, machine inputs, and real-time visualization of optimized results.
• Designed and implemented a Linear Programming model using Gurobi to minimize trim waste based on order widths, material constraints, and machine configurations.
• Refactored backend logic into reusable classes and wrote unit and integration tests using pytest to ensure reliability and performance.

4. Scheduler Module Enhancements

• Redesigned the Scheduler UI with improved structure, responsive layout, and visual clarity.
• Developed a Campaign Configuration page to allow users to configure monthly production schedules based on delivery deadlines and machine availability.
• Created optimization logic using Gurobi to generate efficient campaign sequences aligned with material flows and constraints.

5. Inventory Management System

• Developed an intuitive UI to monitor stock levels categorized as Understock, Overstock, and Critical.
• Built pages like Action Plan and Current Levels with dynamic item display based on stock priority and daily consumption metrics.
• Synchronized frontend with backend in real-time using REST APIs, enabling instant updates and smooth user experience.

6. Testing & Quality Assurance

• Wrote comprehensive unit and integration tests using pytest covering API endpoints, optimization functions, and UI flows.
• Maintained high code quality and coverage across all modules to ensure stable deployments and rapid iterations.
