• Syndicated Loan: A syndicated loan is offered by a group of lenders who work together to provide credit to a large borrower. The borrower can be a corporation, an individual project, or a government entity.
• CLO – (Collateral Loan Obligation) Process of Clearing and Settlements for operational risk based work.
  Initiate loan activity (funding's, repricing, payments) as instructed by the client in accordance with credit agreements.
  Calculation and tracking of complex interest and fee accruals at various risk rate levels across changing lender distributions based on the requirement.
  Validate daily cash transaction reports and reconcile the funding and payments for the day.
  Escalate past due principal, interest, and fees to ensure that the loan accounting system is accurate and provide clients timely and accurate invoices.
  Perform quality control on new deals, restructures and amendments by thoroughly understanding the credit agreement verifying system set up accuracy.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards using Tableau to monitor and communicate key business metrics to senior management
• Provide training to new team members.
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks, decisive with strong leadership qualities, flexible in work schedules, and possess good communication skills
• Established and checked coding procedures, monitored reports and updated internal files.

• We work for Corporate trust Services which is a centralized processing unit which supports multiple businesses under it. The process is mainly based on securitization of loans via different levels in SPS which is structured products services.
• The products on which we worked are CDO , CLO , CBO etc via different stages such as reconciliation unit, Disbursement unit, Loan administration unit.
• In these teams we look for revaluation of correct Principal and Interest amounts are received and update the reports of final cash reconciliation to the investors. Hence covering the end to end trust market services.

• We work with issuers, asset managers, investors, bondholders, and regulatory agencies to provide services for a variety of alternative investment products, such as Trustee and paying agent portfolio administration for CLOs and other financing and investment structures
• Custodian for securities and bank loans.

• We act as a Trustee we will lend the money to Borrowers from Agent Banks Here we will do Clearing and Settlements to Agent banks & Borrowers
• Back-office outsourcing, trade settlement, and cash reconciliation.
