• Resource allocation planning is responsible for determining the resources required for each project, including personnel, equipment, and materials, and ensuring that those resources are available when needed
• Budget forecasting must work with the project team to develop a detailed budget forecast, including estimates for labor, materials, and equipment costs
• Risk management to identify potential risks to the project schedule and budget, and develop contingency plans to mitigate those risks
• Monitoring project progress continuously monitor project progress and adjust project plans as necessary to ensure that the project stays on track
• Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly production, maintenance plan
• Preparing maintenance schedules and prioritizes job orders for production optimization
• Auditing, Assessment and Selection of the Suppliers

• Plan production control activities to improve runtime while maintaining high quality, timely delivery and cost-effectiveness
• Work with materials department in material planning and analysis to reduce inventory level
• Plan, schedule and monitor material movement in production cycle to ensure continuous operations
• Track material shortages and provide immediate resolution
• Monitor inventory status and generate inventory reports
• Perform inventory management according to company policies
• Assist Sales unit in coordinating and planning customer orders and deliveries
• Identify delivery exception and provide alternative solutions
• Develop process improvements for inventory, manufacturing and production control systems
• Evaluate production control activities to ensure that final product meets customer specifications
• Plan equipment, material and manpower requirements to meet production schedule.

Determine sourcing requirements through detailed discussions with relevant stakeholders from the Production, Stores, and plan for procurement of the same

Monitor vendor performance and compliance with respect to contracted SLAs

Ensure the daily schedule is updated in SAP

Participate in building strong professional relationships with vendors to reduce overall material costs, enhance terms of association (credit period, delivery lead times, quantitative discounts, improved quality) and secure long-term interests of the company

Evaluate supplier audits report on periodically and report deviations from standard operating procedures for corrective action

Ensure that the departmental SOP are followed across the PPC departmental

Coordinate with component development department to understand material requirement for new part development

• Plan and coordinate production engineering processes on daily basis to produce high quality products
• Develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production
• Coordinate with Stores for the issue of items for assemblies as kit only
• Coordinate with Molding section for timely availability of molded parts with handling of ENGEL 40 TONNAGE Machines, and preparing schedules
• Coordinate with shops for timely completion of the molded parts
• Coordinate with PPC for the dispatch of the items both in terms of quantities & deliveries as per customer requirements.
