Salesforce Marketing Cloud- Distributed Marketing
- Primarily involved in developing a prototype of the application as proof of concept (POC) for the business team and as a guideline for the development team
- Experience in documentation processes such as Features and Capability Matrix, Use cases, Current state analysis, BRS, FRS, and Gap analysis.
- Good experience in understanding the business process and working on various Salesforce standard objects like accounts, contacts, opportunities, cases, leads, campaigns, orders, forecasting, reports, and dashboards.
- Worked on data migration and update through the tool App Exchange Data Loader and Data Import Wizard in Salesforce.com.
- Experience in designing the Front Door Request process.
- Creating the user stories for the Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionalities as per the requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Creating Features and Capability matrix for Einstein Activity Capture, Distributed Marketing, Salesforce Campaign Marketplace, and Webex integration in the product
- Expertise in Configuration and Customization using Salesforce Automation tools such as Workflow rules, Process Builders, Approval Processes, Validation rules, Assignment rules, and Escalation rules
- Experience in validating Reports and Dashboards as per client requirements
- Extensively worked on implementing Single Sign-On (SSO) using Federated Authentication
- Strong knowledge and experience working in teams implementing Agile Methodologies
- Reviewing the test cases provided by the QA team, and providing feedback
- Created various Reports and Report Folders to assist managers to better utilize Salesforce as a sales tool and configured various Reports for different user profiles based on the needs of the organization
- Created custom Dashboards for the user's home page and gave accessibility to dashboards for authorized users
- Provided day-to-day end-user support and educate users with best practices to enhance and increase their knowledge of Salesforce.
