Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) is implemented to help streamline and optimize the contract management process. ICI application provides a centralized platform for legal contract management across companies by providing facilities for review, repository, audit trail & application visibility for approvals, risk assessment, search, reporting, digital signature etc.

• Working/handling Issues related to contract management.
• Drive the bridge calls for critical issues wherein connecting with different teams and engaging them towards resolution.
• Drive the customer calls in order to resolve their issues.
• Being as a Senior consultant preparing the documentation which contains the type of issues and their resolution.
• Provide training as and when required within the team.
• Managing the SLA and prioritize the work accordingly.
• Perform requirement analysis, gap analysis and impact analysis in change requests.
• Drive requirement gathering, functional design, configuration changes and work closely with Engineering, Quality Assurance and Support across multiple engagements.
• Worked closely with customer to define solutions and to answer questions about features and capabilities of the product.
• Good at delivering trainings and creating presentations & training manuals for end users.
• Develop knowledge base articles for both customer and internal team to reduce troubleshooting time and drive faster issue resolution.
• Own system configuration and deployment activities across multiple release. Contribute towards internal consulting capability building within the Customer Success group
• Manage and triage support tickets, ensuring they are addressed in a timely manner.

Project #1: PO Operations/Ariba Support (Dec 2020 to June 2023)

• Expertise in Purchase documents Viz. Purchase requisition, Purchase order, Request for quotation.
• Validation of Purchase requisition with reference to checkpoints and company standards.
• Blocking if incorrect Purchase requisitions and informing to requestor for correction.
• Acted as a primary contact for procurement-related inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Leveraged SAP Ariba to streamline procurement workflows and improve operational efficiency.

• Creation and changing of vendor master records.
• Blocking or unblocking of Vendors.
• Expertise in Purchase documents Viz. Purchase requisition, Purchase order, Request for quotation.
• Manual creation of Purchase requisition to purchase order.
• Validation of Purchase requisition with reference to checkpoints and company standards.
• Blocking if incorrect Purchase requisitions and informing to requestor for correction.
• Creation of Purchase order as per company standards and check points.
• Helping on queries regarding Purchase orders and invoice discrepancy.
