CRM – Testing of end-to-end journeys, enhancements and Regression testing of the CRM built on Salesforce platform. Additionally, backend migration testing, SWAT testing were also done.

Chase Mobile App – Testing of the Chase Mobile App as part of the Customer Onboarding journeys.

• Responsible for end-to-end testing, enhancements testing, Regression testing, back-end system migration testing, Service Wide Acceptance Testing, Smoke Testing, Sanity Testing

• Responsible for reducing data dependency for the team by about 95%

Description: CBuy is an in-house product by Commcise which is an integrated, cloud-based platform to help Investment Managers track the funding, consumption and payment of research services.

• Responsible for end-to-end testing of the whole cBuy product consisting of 10+ modules.
• Preparation and Execution of regression tests and migration tests.
• Preparation of Automation Test Data.
• Managing Test Evidences and Defect Management using JIRA.
• Test Case preparation and execution using QMetry for JIRA.
• Involved in Test Plan for module enhancements.
• Proactively brainstorming for workarounds to ease the testing process.
• Coordinating with the development team, support team and the Project Management Group (PMG) in resolving issues.
• Release management and deployment management using Octopus.
• Sanity testing and Smoke Testing.

Description: Worked on multiple projects under Rate Trades, Equity Trades and Identity Access Management where the front end, middleware and backend systems were tested, trades were validated and cleared.
