• Built a digital recommendation engine that could effectively provide content recommendations at scale to healthcare practitioners (HCPs). HCPs are segmented into varied personas based on precise and minute differences in content preferences, similarity, and trends in consumption of content types.
• As an impact, an incremental 35% lift has been observed in their overall engagement, resulting in a visible and measurable impact on the client's business.

Optimization of pipeline and Automation of resource Procurement

• Collaborated with the business team and on-ground store managers to develop an exhaustive list of 82 hypotheses. Testing these hypotheses helped validate how data reflected some deeply held assumptions for the client as well as for the larger industry.
• As an impact, forecasting accuracy has increased from 27% to 76% and wastage has reduced by 20% & stockouts by 3% for the F&V (fruits and vegetables) category.

Conversational AI (Chat bot Creation)

• Created a conversational AI assistant that is programmed with predefined, hard-coded responses for easy navigation of client environment and deployment of internal solutions company-wide, facilitating smooth functioning of day-to-day business.
