RAN Network Operations and Maintenance lead

• Implementation and maintenance Core IP MPLS network

• Relocation of sites, end to end responsibility and media readiness against MW/Fiber pop sites.
• Voice and data barring/unbarring in 2G/4G from core and RAN end by giving proper solution.
• Checking the fiber losses and Power (Using OTDR and power meter).

• Responsible for Wireless Network Deployment
• Network Rollout 2G/3G/4G/ Small cell/ MIMO & ULS in J&K
• Complete Handling of Bharti Infratel/3rdParty Portals/Url’s for Sites rollout
• Responsible for Complete Liasoning with all stake holders and third party vendors
• Complete follow up’s with Ericsson/Infratel/Huawei, 3rd Party Opco’s regarding ongoing projects at various sites in JK
• Responsible for Project Implementation work like Hardware & Equipment Installation, Equipment commissioning, testing and Network integration
• To ensure Quality management work by Carrying out Visits physically field
• Keep track of other Operators in case of sharing sites rollout
• Site reports verification from Bharti ,L&R (Legal & Regulatory)
• Tools familiar with Google Earth, Map Info Planning Tool (MIPT), MCOM 4.2 and GPS 72.

• Giving allocations toss team by management information system regarding service and installation of genset`s
• Creative business development and result oriented professional offering strong, decisive executive leadership for technical, customer service, business/product development , supporting staff and branch administration
• Analyze line of business operations (product lines, stores, etc.) to provide customized reporting and recommendations to top-level management in support of ongoing business decisions or initiatives
• Responsible for checking customer loads and giving best suggestion to go with and choose Air or Water cool engine.
