Job Responsibilities:

1. Keeping check and arrangement of men and materials, and management of resources to ensure and maximize the smooth flow of production. Timely review of work performances.
2. Devise and establish the company’s procedures, standards, and specifications.
3. Cost control and cost analysis (reduce waste, yield loss, and increase efficiency).
4. Minimize daily repetitive breakdowns, root cause analysis (5W, fishbone defect analysis).
5. Review existing policies, measure performance, identify area of weaknesses and make suggestions for changes,
recommending and implementing improvements.
6. Maintaining spare stock in the store and indenting material as per requirement through SAP.
7. Manage routine Daily Check List of equipment, Conduct its preventive maintenance as per schedule.
8. Review customer requirements, customer feedback analysis, and customer complaints.
Manage ARIBA (for vendor and material supplier) and provide technical support to GBS (Global Business Strategies). Create new SAP code through the new data guru (part of GBS) for the new material indent.
10. Responsible for the implementation of maintenance strategies, activity plans, schedules, and preventive
maintenance programs to ensure optimal equipment performance.
11. Responsible for safety, environmental, and compliance.
