Refactored monolithic architecture by extracting and modularizing the store domain, enabling independent management for store operations within MrSool.

• Led a team of 4 members to design and develop tenant-agnostic pricing platform from scratch.
• Laid the foundation for the pricing domain by defining bounded context for domain, entities, and operations on those entities in various consumer and operational flows.
• Laid the groundwork for the pricing platform by proposing high-level design, creating the team's charter, platform rollout, and implementing core capabilities.
• Designed and implemented fee RPCs for evaluating and discovering fee prices and presentation.

• Tech simplification of fragmented legacy pricing services into pricing engine, reducing infra and maintenance costs significantly.
• API design for the cart platform and workflow DSL (used for orchestration of domain workers in cart/order).
• Defined domain boundary for cart platform by identifying domain pollution in fulfillment, separating responsibilities for business units and platform.
• Designed and implemented tenant-agnostic address CRUD APIs and presentation layer for addresses.
• Worked on E2E execution of the recommended stores for genie, resulting in less cancellation due to closed stores during COVID times. Analyzed Google Maps APIs for searching stores and optimized the API usage cost by 20x.
• Core team member of Instamart onboarding team. Onboarded Instamart business line for cart and order. Added support for slotted delivery for instamart.
• Designed and developed Swiggy Daily App backend from scratch. Handled critical aspects for Swiggy Daily such as job schedulers, subscription manager, order relay.

• Optimization of multiple discounting services via abstract caching layer. Built abstract caching library in the process, which was leveraged by other teams in Swiggy.
• Designed and developed communication platform, which enabled the marketing team to create campaigns and send email/SMS/notifications to millions of users.
• Integrated Tapzo with Swiggy, ensuring secured authorization, allowing Tapzo Wallet payments and end-to-end sanity.
• Designed and developed DB layer and image/video enrichment for presentation platform.
• Pushed user analytics data to Gamooga, a third-party library used to trigger event-based notifications.

• Developed backend for medicine delivery consumer flows.
• Developed backend and frontend for supplier application for medicine delivery. Developed area management tool for supplier assignment.

• Designed and developed patent categorization tool and patent search engine. Maintained large volumes of data in Solr cloud (~110M patents).
