• Preparation a Reconciliation statement based on the Qty
• Of Materials received, Qty of materials used, balance on site and then calculate the material wastage
• Preparation of Daily Progress Report and Monitoring Progress Report
• Maintaining all billing & planning related records (soft copy & hard copy)
• Preparing reports as required by the client and HO
• Preparation of monthly “Daily Progress Reports Vs Interim Payment Certified reports”, Monthly Work in Progress statements
• Preparing the bill collection plan from the client

• Preparation of monthly budget and respective requirements for executing the work of structure
• Material reconciliation to check theoretical consumption of cement, bitumen, steel and other material and make recovery in the case of excess wastage

• Provide bills related information/documents to client as and when require.

Project - Delhi- Bareilly to Sitapur (NH-24, 151 Km)
