• Technical Accounting- Reconciliation of Cash receivable & payable, Monitoring receivables management, Billing & Issuance.
• Integral part of Quality Check Team. Ensuring quality controls and setting parameters for quality assurances. Maintained FIC controls and process manuals and raised any anomalies or required changes to procedures immediately.
• Communicating and following up with internal departments and claim handlers for any queries from brokers & reinsurers.
• Provide relevant process reports on timely basis to Senior Management along with ensuring accuracy of the reports.
• Conference calls with colleagues in other Country locations (UK & France) on a regular basis for sharing process updates.
