  • Designing the external geometry (tread and sidewall markings) of the tire as per the project requirements.
  • Co-design the mold portion of the cured tire model during the tire development phase, taking industrial feasibility into account (new development or proven designs).
  • Create the dossier of the mold portion of the cured Tyre model to be used by the mold manufacturer and Tyre designers. Create the dossier and all related design files in conformity with QCD criteria.
  • Provide technical expertise to the Tyre design team for mold design, manufacturing, and CAE/CAD/CAM opportunities and issues.
  • Write specifications for the evolution of CAD models and application software.
  • Make evolutions to EGD methods, models, tools, and documentation for the progress of the métier.
  • I worked as a Technical Lead for BFG HD-Pro and Michelin Cross Climate, ensuring 100% RFT and OT.
  • CAD Models and nomenclature of the external geometry of the tire (tread and/or marking) that meet the tire specifications, as well as norms and regulations. These models integrate mold manufacturing, utilization, cost, and standardization constraints.
