During my time at Walmart India, I successfully program managed the HR Digitalization journey for Walmart India. This involved translating HR strategies and policies into tech products and solutions, with a primary focus on Employee Experience and process automation using RPA, BOT, AI, and other technologies. I also oversaw solutions across various HR processes, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning, OD, HR Ops, Compensation, and Benefits. Additionally, I managed the end-to-end India HR Tech budget, from planning to utilization and reporting.

I have expertise and extensive experience in end-to-end implementations and support; including program and project management, requirement gathering, analysis, business process engineering, functional and technical design, testing, system security, change management, and support.
