• My core responsibilities involve Azure/AWS cloud computing needs including infrastructure design, planning, development, maintenance, support, and everything in between.

• Migrating the existing application platform to cloud while aligning with organization's strategy, patterns, standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Extensively used IAAS/PAAS services like Virtual Machines/EC2, Virtual Networks/VPC, Auto Scale Groups, Azure Storage/S3, Load Balancers (Network, Application), Azure Functions/Lambda, Relational DB, CosmosDB/DynamoDB etc. in Azure/AWS cloud respectively.

• Experience in setting up build and deploy CI/CD pipelines for provisioning cloud resources through Azure DevOps, Jenkins and GitHub Actions.

• Automate deployment, configuration and management of Azure/AWS resources with the help of IAC (Infrastructure as a Code) tools like Terraform, Azure ARM Templates and Ansible.

• Use scripting tools like PowerShell, Bash, Az CLI, AWS CLI, and REST API to automate manual tasks and deployment in cloud.

• Incident, Change, and Problem management as per ITIL framework within stipulated service level agreements.

• Design, develop, and maintain microservices based applications on AWS EKS and Azure AKS Kubernetes clusters.

• Monitor and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters and applications with help of Prometheus, Grafana and ELK (Elastic, Logstash and Kibana).

• Making Azure cloud platform compliant as per organizational requirements through Azure Policies, Initiative, and RBAC (Role based access controls). Publish detailed resource reports with Log Analytics and Resource Graph queries.

• Designing Azure event driven framework with help of services like Event Grid, Queues, Function/Logic apps and automation runbooks.

• Extensive experience on directory services solutions like Active Directory for on-premises and Azure AD for cloud.

• Experience in installing, upgrading and troubleshooting issues in Windows and Linux operating systems (RHEL, CentOS and Ubuntu).

• Incident, Change, and Problem management as per ITIL framework within stipulated service level agreements.
