Key Responsibilities:
Oversaw the successful completion of 10+ projects related to installation, commissioning and handover of equipment; reduced the average project timeline by 15% by implementing agile methodologies and process improvements
Key role in managing DSMs and F&S in PAN INDIA Wind sites
Having experience of perform assembly, testing, repair and maintenance on wind turbine generators and related equipment at wind farm
Planned and executed preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for the plant machinery, reducing machine downtime by 25% and increasing production efficiency by 20%
Knowledge of design & Installation of Earthing Systems for customized equipment
Root Cause Analysis to assist in determining equipment failure and the reasons for failures when they occur
Attending the breakdown of WECs & associated componentry to improve
MTTR,MTBI & RAG
Coordinate amongst various contractors and ensure that the works are carried out smoothly
Coordinated with service partner for Blade repairing & Blade Cleaning, Single blade de erection major activity of WTG
Prepared Daily, Monthly , weekly , fortnightly MIS Report , Daily maintenance & routine activity status Log, Monthly sales Invoice preparation
Timely confirmation of service orders, materials issue & ordering, DGR, etc in
SAP/System
Ability to do failure analysis at various regions, draw conclusions, stimulate design, engineering up- gradation and follow up for desired changes
Reviewing components specification, standard and test methods as per given protocols after getting disturbances and deviation at service stage
To keep a tab on the availability of tools & tackles, safety & maintenance equipment in good working condition
Conduct safety analysis and review of hazards and energy sources prior to and while performing any work assignment on the wind farm
Material Management at site
Working on deviated power curves , auto reset faults and warnings to increase generation & reduce failure of component
Executing design modification , R/F,CIM Claims in the WEC/WTGs
Conducted various technical/ non-technical training sessions on site for team members to enhance performance
Carrying out perpetual inventory and ensuring availability of stocks as per plan for BM & PM activity
Assisting process of technical support for troubleshooting issues relating to power plant operations, initiating corrective and preventive actions as applicable in coordination with QA production and assembly department
Calibration, testing, maintenance and overhauling of electrical equipment in use by using precision test equipment and other tools
Strategic in resources planning, budgeting, service activities
Maintaining the documentation as per ISO Standards & for safety rules & regulations
To attend schedule /unscheduled services in WTG ensure compliance of safety without any compromise for self , team members, sub contractors employees work towards achieving company’s goal
Enforcing safety in the plant area as per company policy and Safety Partnership Plan
Implementing safety standards, procedures & control measures in the plant
Maintenance and improvement of the existing system
Implement periodic training programs to create awareness on safety
Provide assistance to conduct mock drills and implement the emergency plans, JSA, tool box talk HIRA,
Periodic maintenance and upkeep of all safety equipment, PPE's, etc
Ensure 100% compliance of statutory recommendations in consultation with the head of safety
