FAD Portal Migration to Azure Cloud (Blue Shield of California)

Responsibilities:
• Upgraded 14 services under FAD portal from java 8 to java 17, Spring Camel to Spring boot Camel.
• Upgraded the services to Junit 5 from Junit 4 to make those compatible for cloud deployment.
• Performed changes and enhancements in services to make services ready for Azure cloud deployment. Under this worked majorly on properties files reading in azure environment, APIM setup implementation, Key Vault connection, bitbucket pipeline issue resolution.
• For Azure deployment, worked for POC to decide the best approach to deploy services on portal and tested various methods of deployment.

Provided technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to software .

.Assisted customers with troubleshooting of software.

.Utilized Dynatrace to monitor application .Performance,infrastructure and user experience across various environments.

.Analyzed transaction traces and diagnostic data to trobuleshoot and resolve performance issues,reducingaverage incident resolution time.

.Based on the user issue did code analysis and reported code issues in jira story.
