Role: AIP (Application Integration Platform) developer
Responsibilities:
• Upgraded 14 services under FAD portal from java 8 to java 17, Spring Camel to Spring boot Camel.
Upgraded the services to JUnit 5 from JUnit 4 to make them compatible for cloud deployment.
Performed changes and enhancements in services to make services ready for Azure cloud deployment. Under this, I worked mainly on reading properties files in an Azure environment, implementing APIM setup, and connecting to Key Vault.
Tools: STS, Insomnia, Jira, Bitbucket, Azure Portal, VS code, GitHub Copilot, Beyond Compare.
Project 2:
Technical Support for User: Provided technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to software. Working for a health insurance company in the Portal L3 Support team. If a user faces any issues while logging in, registering, or with their plan, they will raise a problem ticket to the Portal L2 team. The L2 team will then create an incident and assign it to us. Assisted customers with troubleshooting software. Debugged user issues using tools like Splunk, Glassbox, Cs-admin, and databases like Facet. Utilized Dynatrace to monitor application performance, infrastructure, and user experience across various environments. Used GlassBox to check user activity. Analyzed transaction traces and diagnostic data to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues, reducing average incident resolution time. Based on the user issue, I conducted code analysis and reported code issues in a Jira story.
