Train Operator

Train Operator at India's first Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) is the Delhi-Meerut RRTS Corridor.

Train operating speed is 160 kmph.

Knowledge of European Train Control System (ETCS) Level 2, which includes ATP (GoA2) and ATO (GoA3).

ETCS Level 2 is used for the first time in India, which involves continuous supervision of train movement with continuous communication between the train and trackside using Long Term Evolution (LTE).

I have a good knowledge of the new 6-car configuration RRTS Semi-High Speed Train with its advanced features and different subsystems of rolling stock. I have also completed training of Station Controller in DB RRTS.

Experience Train Operator with more than 2 years of experience under DMRC on Line-2 of RS-2 & RS-13 (Rolling Stock) of the Yellow Line and RS-1 of Line-1, Red Line.

As a Train Operator, I am competent with in-depth knowledge about railway signaling and rolling stock, as well as their operations. I am also familiar with equipment operations and troubleshooting.

• Monitored train operations, ensured adherence to safety regulations, and reported any irregularities or problems to supervisors.
• Performed daily pre-trip inspections of equipment, including brakes, lights, horns, and couplings.
• Assisted passengers with boarding and disembarking from trains in a timely manner.
• Communicated with dispatchers via radio regarding arrival times at stations and stops along the route.
• Maintained accurate records of on-time performance, delays, passenger counts, cargo weights, fuel consumption levels.
• Ensured that all passengers had valid tickets prior to departure from each station stop.
• Followed strict schedules while operating trains between designated points in an efficient manner.
