• Customize the workflow to design a three(approve, reject, suspend) decision based certification , this was a completely unique design and cannot be implemented using simple OOTB features
• Integrate existing ITIM(Tivoli Identity Manager) with Aveksa, to automate the remediation process
• Customize the remediation workflow for various conditions and customize forms, for the input variables
• Write complex SQL queries to generate custom reports

• Capture all requirements for migration form current legacy access certification process to Sun Role Manager
• Design and implementation of an utility in java(pre-processor) which will translate data in required format
• Design and implement a new java interfaces which will manage differences between Legacy system and new Sun Role Manager Based system
• Understand database of Sun Role Manager(Oracle) and DB2 and write Unix scripts and java code which will generate reports from both database in .csv format
• Make changes in old Legacy system with respect to new Sun role manager which was built using J2EE/EJB technology
