• Design Review & Drawing Preparation:
  Review Good-for-Construction (GFC) drawings and prepare precise shop drawings aligned with site coordinates, material specifications, and availability to minimize material wastage and ensure efficient execution.
• Coordination & Approvals:
  Conduct detailed drawing discussions with Tata Consultants and the Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust team to secure timely approvals and resolve design or site-related queries.
• Quality Assurance & Site Execution:
  Actively involved in on-site execution to monitor workmanship, verify compliance with approved drawings, and maintain high standards of quality across all construction activities.
• Planning, Scheduling & Team Coordination:
  Develop project plans, design schedules, and execution phases to meet strict deadlines. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, prioritize tasks effectively, and ensure a smooth workflow throughout the project lifecycle.

• Coordinate with architectural, structural, and service consultants. .
• Discuss design with the engineering team and the construction manager.
• Site visits for checking construction as per architectural, structural, and services drawings.
• Coordinate with government authorities for the completion of towers. (Taking NOCs from concerned authorities, such as Fire NOCs and completion certificates.)
• Handling the Project Rera portal, resolving Rera queries, and updating the Rera quarterly report.
• Coordinate with the Environment and Pollution Control Board (updating the compliance report as per the concerned authorities).
• Led quality control efforts, reviewing technical drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and completeness.
