Identify the customer health scores and if the customer is happy with the service provided and how account scores are performing over time. If the customer is at risk identify such customers and give individual attention to each cutomer and convert them as profitable accounts. In utilization dashboard it helped the stake holders identify how much each user is contributing to the overall utilization in a quarter and forecast the hours in the current quarters. The tools used for the above projects are Tableau, SQL and Python

Developed an algorithm to calculate the distance between 2 location and identify the nearest concentration for the drug stock and identify the number of people having accessibility to the nearest drug location using python. Developed a Tableau dashboard to get the weekly sales and the number of doses taken on a weekly level and reporting it on a weekly basis.

• Tested data prediction algorithms based on historical data.
• Worked with business intelligence software and various reports to glean insights into trends and prospects.
• Built a Tableau Dashboard to understand Market scenario, Patient behavior metrics to track patient therapy pattern, drug consumption and Payer metrics to understand the cost related information. The Data preparation was done using SQL including Data analysis for Analytical ready datasets
• Clustering the Patients as per the pattern identified to identify similar patients.
• Successfully developed Disease network ggraph for patients using D3.js. Also developed sankey network graph using D3.js for disease and drug transition during each visit. Data Preperation and modelling was done using SQL and Python Respectively.
