• Prepare fund financial statements (quarterly/annual) per UK GAAP/IFRS, including Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Partners' Capital, Investments Schedule, Cash Flow, and Notes.

• Recording and reviewing journal entries into fund accounting application (Capital Tracker) related to capital call, distribution, partnership expenses, posting the accruals/prepaid amortization/reclass/intercompany adjustments and calculating fund Net Asset Values

• Hands-on experience with advanced fund accounting tools like eFront , Front GP , and other industry-standard platforms for efficient data management and reporting.
• Efficiently managed capital calls and investor distributions at regular intervals, ensuring smooth fund operations and timely transactions.
• Provided comprehensive audit support, including financial statement preparation and compliance with regulatory requirements for Private Equity funds.
• Prepared detailed investor reports, including capital account statements, fund performance summaries, and quarterly financial highlights, fostering transparent investor relations.

• Prepare fund level financial statements (quarterly/annual) including balance sheet, income statement, statement of partners' capital, schedule of investments, cash flow statement & notes in accordance with UK GAAP/IFRS
• Experience in calculating management fees, performance fees (carried interest), and other incentive structures
• Coordinating with the onshore team to assist external auditors in facilitating annual audits and addressing any discrepancies or queries
• Proficiency in using fund accounting software such as Efront, Paxus etc.

• Handling NAV preparation for various Private Equity Funds and Crypto Funds.
• Calculation of management fee, performance fee, carried interest, etc. as per PPM.
• Maintaining daily fund's Bank and Broker activities in the system and reconciliation of the same. Also, the
blockchains transactions, and exchanges transactions in the case of Crypto Funds.
• Expertise in processing and accounting for corporate actions, including dividends, stock splits, mergers, and
acquisitions.
• Assist in draft preparation of financials to meet all production deadlines.
• Various other working related to SPV fund e.g, preferred return calculation, Loan interest etc.

• Review of Financial Statements, Management Representation Letters, Annual Disclosure Checklist, etc
• Review of FS Tie Outs, Service Organization Report preparation, Test of Details, and other client-specific testing
• Revenue Testing, Inventory Testing, and Op-ex Testing, to assist Engagement Team in further testing
• Performed Substantive procedures on various sections of cash, PPE, intangibles, Sales, purchases, Debtors, Creditors, etc
