- Collaborated closely with customer stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements across various verticals of retail banking, specifically focusing on customer service operations, including request processing, departmental ownership, approval workflows, escalation handling, and data validation.
- Designed and implemented category-specific service request flows, enabling multi-level departmental routing, escalation TAT configurations, and tailored validation rules to streamline case handling.
- Architected and configured secure infrastructure connectivity between OIC and the bank’s private network using OIC on-premise agents to access internal web services and modules.
- Developed scheduled, file-based integrations using OIC SFTP connections and Fusion Import APIs to automate daily data synchronization from core banking systems to Oracle Fusion CRM.
- Led the implementation of Single Sign-On by integrating Microsoft Active Directory as the Identity Provider with Oracle Fusion IDCS.
- Configured OAuth 2.0 authentication for OIC endpoints to meet the bank's security requirements and enhance secure access to services.
