· NBH & BBH Report Analysis for RRC RAB Drop, Block & Poor throughput to improve worst cells of Network.

· Doing Cluster analysis to identify the areas having poor RSRP, SINR & low throughput.

· Making and Comparing Power Point Presentations of Pre & Post Optimization.

· Optimizing IFLB (inter frequency layer balancing) parameters for share traffic to offload highly utilized layer to meet target KPI.

· Hourly/Daily KPI analysis of all cells in cluster for TCH drop, SD drop, TCH blocking, SD Blocking, HOSR, TASR & MMR by observing BBH & BH reports.

· Providing Analysis, Remarks & Improvement plan of degraded cells & for FI (Frustration Index) improvement.

· Attending meetings with customer for 2G/3G/4G coverage & quality improvement.

· Daily Escalating & Coordinating with BSS team for H/W rectification by observing Alarm & ND reports.

· Analysis of Benchmarking logs, Train Drive & Dense drive plots.

· Managing all Neighbour related activities for 2G-2G & 2G-3G.
