• Worked on conversational ai tool Teneo to create bot for multiple channels like- voice, text and Whatsapp. Which helps us to build call flows and used groovy script to integrate REST and SOAP services to extract data from backed.
• I had integrated voice Channel within bot using voiceXML integration.
• Used Genesys KVP to extract user info for voice platform.
• Having hands on experience on Collection, OOP, Exception Handling, String-Handling, Multi- Threading.

• Developing Server side components using Object Oriented Programming OOP, Java/J2EE technologies.
• Developing applications using Core Java, Spring (Spring core, Spring MVC, Spring Boot), Restful Service, Data JPA. Micro-Service, Docker, kubernetes, MYSQL.
