- Handling the breakdown of all type of PLC & RLC based system
- To Fill Up all process document as per requirement
- Maintaining all type of documents & Spare parts planning
- Preparation of Electrical procedures for installation test & commissioning
- Responsible for establishing the specification for material procurement and play active role in helping the purchase dept.in developing these new material
- Material procurement through SAP and maintaining minimum spares for attending breakdown and reducing breakdown time
- Predictive maintenance of critical equipments and corrective actions to avoid breakdowns
- Planning for resources and manpower for planned shut down of plant and execution including startup
- Maintaining the ISO standards and procedure and preparing KRA reports
- Trouble shooting and Maintenance of several types of Textile Processing Machines
- Responsible for Erection and commissioning on new machinery projects.
