Senior Manager Sales Development
- Manage daily operations of the Lead generation/inside sales team.
- Ensure quality and relevance of the leads generated.
- Hire, coach and mentor the lead generation team to achieve monthly and quarterly goals.
- Generate and distribute weekly reports to continuously improve performance.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing functions to build a strong funnel.
- Tight integration with campaigns and the marketing team to bring in qualified leads.
- Coordinating appointment/lead information with outside sales representatives.
- Strategize account plans to generate business opportunities.
- Supporting the field Sales organization with volume and velocity of leads.
- Aggressively work with Sales Team to meet sales objectives, analysis of key issues, market forces, Competitor Analysis, improve productivity, increase revenue and maximize profitability.
