Project Delivery and Management

• Led and provided Subject Matter expertise for Prototype Management for one of the marquee clients, an application that has managed over $240 million USD in prototype parts since 2015
• Designed, coded, and implemented multiple Online screens for ease of 200+ users
• Offered Solutions and support to over 500+ incident tickets, including 150+ high priority sev-2 tickets
• Created multiple change requests by ensuring proper planning, risk analysis, and recovery plan across multiple teams involved in the changes
• Saved $10,000 in freight cost and 30 man-hours of internal labor per month by implementing the INCO term changes which accelerated the purchasing negotiation process
• Increased by 30% the efficiency of the application by automating the data archival and retention process to remove the duplication of critical production data, which eliminated recurring business downtime
• Initiated and integrated several client technology upgrades including Cleo server set up for flawless file transfer among different vendors and users, SAP HANA upgrades, and database upgrades to provide business with better security, streamline performance reduce operational monitoring costs
